New Flex - Backing Plate "Wobble"?

I received the package from UPS today and I'm PUMPED!! I lubed the felt pad and securely tightened it. The machine runs terrific...you can tell it’s a quality product. That said, I notice the pad has a little "wobble" to it. Not much, but I'm not sure if it's normal. I took the backing plate off again...and made extra sure the alignment was good, and even put a drop of oil on the alignment bar to be sure the backing plate was seating okay. It still has just a little wobble.... is that normal? I don't think it would cause any "abnormal" activity when buffing, but I just have to ask!

My Flex also has a slight wobble.

It must be normal. Mine has done it for two years and it is still running strong.. You will love this machine. :props:
