Per the Premium Finish Care site, the UPGP, UTTG, and CycleGuard Plus: "have been enhanced and improved by our formulator to be even more durable and long lasting. These products take very little time to apply and provide a season's worth of protection."
That's a pretty awkward sentence, it makes it sound like they don't do the formulation, but elsewhere they state that their formulator is Rick Vaal, who of course is one of the principals of Premium Finish Care/Four Star/Ultima.
