Welcome. What is your plan?? Start doing it on the side then try to work your way into doing it full time?

:welcome: To Autogeek Online Mike! :props:

Understanding the basics behind detailing is important but doing it correctly is even more important.

This link will take you to some fabulous articles written by Mike Phillips.

Basic steps in order are:

  • Wash
  • Clay
  • Paint Correction & Polish
  • Seal
  • Wax
Make detailing enjoyable and practice. Take your time and do not become overwhelmed. Just because there are a thousand products out there doesn't mean you have to use them all. [FONT=&quot]

Thanks for all the welcomes. Well My plan is to start it part time and grow it enough to do it full time and can leave the grocery store I work at. I dont care if I get rich with it. I just want to make enough to support my wife and me and get out of retail. Once I get in detailing full time I am going to finish my auto paint degree and my two year graphic design degree. My goal is to some how use my detailing & auto paint & graphic design passions together.
