New from Jersey!

Not just a driveway...a big driveway! Hahah, you guys both run your own detailing businesses on the side/ full time? Or just a hobby to keep your vehicles clean?
 
I detail on the side when ever I get appointments. Right now I'm trying to clear out the garage so that I can do more extensive paint corrections. I hope one day I can do this full time.

Yeah, I have a long ways to go. One of the main reason I joined here was to learn new things, and I've already been informed of tons of do's and don't as well as met some nice guys on top of it. Wanted to research up before I picked up the termi next weekend. Black paint! Who's know why I wanted to deal with that:bash: ....but I am up for the challenge. And hey, maybe I can make a few bucks on top of that. Doing something I genuinely enjoy and getting paid to do it sounds awesome, now just getting there.
 
Black cars aren't as bad as people say. You get to always test out new products. :props: lol
 
Yeah, I had a list that I present to the forum here after some basic research and how-to videos and I am back down to ground one! One thing I am convinced on is the Griots DA Polisher over the PC 7424XP, just need to figure out the rest haha. I originally had a bunch of products on my list and was told to cut it down and find more multi-purpose products, which seems like smart advice and ultimately cheaper. I am just worried it won't have the same results. After all I want the best possible results...not in it for the money really.
 
Welcome SVYStang from another New Jerseyite. This site offers so much info on just about any auto detailer relalated topic it's unbeleivable. And by the way I live in the town of Edison.

I'm from East Brunswick. The Walmart in Edison is not living to all the hype about all these new products in stores.
