Hey Everyone,

My name's Amanda, I'm from Montgomery County. I've been interested in auto detailing for some time now and I'm hoping this forum and the members can help me start!

I've recently read and purchased "The Art of Detailing" by Mike Phillips. I'm attempting to gain knowledge through experience as well, but most dealerships in the area are not taking me seriously.

As I am also attempting to try buffing on my own car, I was leaning towards buying a DA polisher, but I really don't know where to begin on what solutions to buy. Any advice would be great.

Sure. You've probably seen my car @ Wawa on Ridge Pike & N Lewis Rd. I'm usually there buying something 2-3x daily when I'm off work.
