I don't know much about "detailing" which is why I'm here. I have OCD and always kept my cars clean inside and out. The past year or so it's became kind of a side profession. People come to me and want me to clean their cars for them. I want to take things further, learn about the many products out there and start really detailing, not just cleaning up rides. I'd really like to open up a shop, so we shall see.

Thanks guys! But daaaaang, there is soo sooo soooo much to learn. It's overwhelming but I'm still stoked and interested so I think I may have found my calling. I hope.

Welcome!! Its a fun thing to learn that's for sure! Lots of good members here who are more than willing to help out.
 
I just found the answer to mainly every issue I have. How to make money detailing, that section is super helpful!

Thanks! It's made a great first impression. I'm in Farmington. Being that I drive a new VW, I spend a lot of time in Abq getting my car serviced.
