Hey Guys,

I'm new to the forum, but not new to detailing.

My name is Kyle, I'm 20 years old, and I'm a full-time Student studying Mechanical Engineering with a Double Minor in Sustainability, Energy, and Envrionment.

I enjoy Autocrossing, Golf and Photography mostly.

Here is my current car I picked up just a couple weeks ago. I haven't had a chance to detail it yet: It's a 2007 BMW Z4M Coupe

Very nice ride, welcome to AG!

What part of Ohio are you from? I am in Northern Kentucky.

welcome. I live up near sandusky. I hate the base Z4's, but i LOVE the Z4 M series. Thats a sweet ride!!!! I like the blue X in the background too!!

Very nice looking car!! One of my buddies has the same car in silver and man is it fun to drive!! Welcome to the forums.

I live in Cleveland, but go to school in Dayton

Thanks. That's my mom's X3 (Montego Blue with Brown interior )

Yea, for some reason, the M series hit a soft spot for me. Originally I was looking for E46 M3, but then discovered these; in the same price range, and I instantly changed my mind.

It's even better that only 1815 of these cars were produced and sent into the US.

Yes sir. I am a Flyer. I'm planning on getting a Co-Op down here this summer. The 3 hour drives aren't too enjoyable, lol

E46 was an amazing first car; 5 speed. Right now it's sitting in the garage with 132,000 miles on it. I'm trying to get rid of it to help fund the E86 M.

I "should" be making a couple trips to Toledo Airport for autocrossing if some other people I know join. I'll probably have to stop by. I always think I have what I need product wise, but there is always something else...

The motor is a S54 engine out of the E46 M with a revised ECU.

:welcome: To Autogeek Online!

WOW!! For someone that's a full time student you're off to a great start!! :dblthumb2:

i didnt know that motor was in it. Thats awesome!!! I hate how the base Z3's and 4's are so slow. and i hate the look of the convertible Z4. Roadster FTMFW!!

I did trackdays on my 06 R6 at mid ohio and grattan in MI all the time until i sold it last year. :(. cant wait to get back into it tho!!

my buddy races a mid 90's M3. Below is his facebook. He pushes some fast times at Mid-O. Hes 25 or 26 yrs old. I graduated with him at Huron.

if our stang had the Cobra IRS, i'd join yah. Straight axel will definitely SUCK balls on a road course.

He's probably on ohiobimmers.com. His profile is on private, so I can't see if the car is familiar or not...I know of 1 guy who races with a E36 M track car.

I think you have your terms messes up, Roadster is a vert. You're thinking of a Coupe ;)

Bumping from 180 BHP to 333 BHP is enough of a jump for me to have some fun while staying away from trouble, I hope...There is always F/I down the road.

Hopefully I'll see you out somewhere. I'm going to try and get some HDPE classes on my belt this summer at Mid-O

Hi...and Welcome from a fellow Ohioan. Being that you attend UD, I just know that you are staying away from the "Oregon District" and the infamous "GHETTO". Im the MAN :nomore:

Good luck on your studies---hope you find the career you desire!
