Looking forward to learning more about detailing. It's my latest passion. I have always been intimidated by it, not knowing the first thing about treating my cars right. But.... we have some pretty great old cars - an '86 BMW, '97 Audi wagon, '91 Saab, '86 Toyota 4Runner - and none of them has been properly cared for. My husband believes that as long as they look good under the hood that's all that is important. Maybe between his mechanics and my detailing we can re-create some beauties.
 
Welcome. Where in Oklahoma are you located? I'm an Okie as well. I live in Tulsa. I'm curious to see some pics of your 86' 4runner. I have an 88' that I am in the process of restoring. I rarely see any 1st gen 4runners in Oklahoma
 
We are in Norman. I don't have any pics of the 4Runner, as that is the filthiest, and, hence, the last on my list to tackle. It's my husband's baby. Right now I'm working on the Saab and the Audi.
