Just posting up, figured this would be a good place for car care info beyond the mechanical side. My name is Jesse, and I have a bit of a Mustang problem.... I keep buying more...

Anyways, I have a 90 LX project car, a 99' GT I drive everyday, the girlfriend has a 99' V6, and I also have a 07' F150.

Still new to the proper way of polishing and caring for paint and finish. I will be doing my 99' GT in the next few weeks...and its black. I just got the Griot's Garage DA with the Meguires 105/205. I'm starting off with the Nanoskin autoscrub system and then finishing with the Wolfgang sealer.

I don't have any recent full shots of the car, but I'll post them before and after when I can....

This will probably be me..... :buffing:
 
Welcome! I just moved to Maricopa. As the name says...I'm a stang lover too ;)

God, I'd spend 3 times as much money on detailing if I lived in Phoenix.

I live part time in new Scottsdale. In fact, I said I'd stay i in Kansas City with my 3 dogs while my parents and brother went to our house for Spring Break.

conman, I'm working on reserving a spot in the garage for my 99' but the 90 LX has taken it over (parts, engine, etc.). It does take some work keeping it clean but its not too bad.

Not to hijack here but with all the AZ members, has there been an AZ meet? I know Chicago and other places have, why not AZ?!
 
I don't know about anything related to this...

But the Phoenix area is pretty busy with car related activity. We get Barrett Jackson frequently, several racing venues/tracks, a bunch of regular car "get-together" spots which turn into car shows every weekend. And of course the street racing crowd at several spots in the valley...

One of the main reasons I like being here, and its really only super hot a few months out of the year.
