New Gloss Coat

The new formula also comes with the blue foam applicator.
 
I bought the coating last week because it said "new formula" but the syringe does not have the new formula sticker.

that is old copy. Autogeek added some text for the new formula and associated promotion. but decided to leave the rest of the old info.

it's up to three years now.

I just want the new version because I was under the impression it is what I had purchased. If there is a typo then lets help and identify so it is fixed. New means better not because the old is good that I will settle for it.

I don't get all the retoric about applying over another product? The instructions clearly say to abrade the paint before applying to insure a good bond. What coating can not be abraded? I follow manufacturer's instructions and have had no problems.
