Would like to find technique and/or product to make windows streak-free and cloud free.

Zep glass cleaner and 2 waffle weave microfiber towels. Spray the cleaner on, wipe with one towel then do a final wipe with the second towel

A gallon of Zep makes 32 gallons of window cleaner so it is very cost effecient.

Welcome. I've been using Zep glass cleaner in the spray can for years and it works great. I also use Stoner's too, another great glass cleaner.
