Hey guys, my name's Derek. I figured I'd sign up to read and comment on some stuff, I've lurked here for a little while though. I work at Straight Line Detailing in Fargo, ND (part time now because of school, full time over summer) and have been there since April. It's amazing the amount you can learn in a few weeks! I drive an 01 Grand Am GT that I used as practice to learn how to polish better (using the hefty Dewalt rotary), and I've grown in polishing a ton since then (the new Flex helps a little with the fatigue). Here's a quick picture of my car.

Hey Derek,

Welcome to this great forum.

:welcome:

Welcome! It's a great place to learn from a lot of experienced detailers. I learn something new every day.

Welcome Derek. Glad you decided to join in the discussions.

Welcome to Autogeek Online!

I clicked on one of your links to check out your buff jobs and the first link had pictures but they were all attachments? Maybe you have to be a member of the forum you linked to to see the full size pictures?

Here's something I posted last week,

If you're going to be a "Forum Person" on ANY forum, help yourself by learning how to work with picture on the Internet

You'll find a supper group of people on this forum always willing to share and help out...

I attached them on that site so that member's work computers wouldn't block them out, clicking the attachment should make it bigger though (and a further click will open it full size). I'll make a thread for both of them on here, I was just trying to take the lazy way out with school starting
