Hiya, my name is Derek and I am from Novi, MI. I have always been into trying to keep my cars looking their best but I know there is always new things to learn. I own a 2010 Velocity Red Mica Mazdaspeed3. Looking forward to sharing/learning with the community!!

Thanks guys on the car and garage! The Speed3 is a blast to drive!! The garage is a work in progress. I've been updating the lighting from 2 regular 60W bulbs to hanging multiple fluorescents. The mud/tape job needs to be re-done (bought the house in February) plus new paint and then I wanna do something with the floor. I also want to get some car art for the walls. Thankfully the crib in the photos has been sold and moved outta there as well.

It must be fun now in Detroit with the Tigers, Lions, and Red Wings making noise the way they are. It's long overdue with the Lions.

Welcome to the forums. A fellow detroiter here as well, live in St. Clair Shores. There is a wealth of knowledge here and it is a great community. Get ready to spend a few bucks at AG. The service is fantastic and everyone is willing to help. Nice Speed 3 btw. Any mods?
