New Guy from PA

Hey All,

My name is Alan and I'm new to the forum. I'm not new to hand detailing but I am new to machine detailing (of which I will post a separate thread on, later). I prefer to use MEGS products and have done so since I've owned a car but I am looking to expand my base and learn more about what other products are out there (especially since AutoGeek has such a wide selection of products!). I am a shadetree mechanic and have been professionally certified as an MECP Installer for years now. I own a 2015 Subaru Impreza 2.0L base and I work on (maintain) my fiancee's 2010 Toyota Corolla S. I love everything car related. I am also looking forward to my first purchase of a DA polisher, either the PC or the GG 6" from AutoGeek!

Cool. As you'll see, there's lots of PA Geeks!

For polishers, I'd suggest going with a GG6 w/ a 5"BP and 5.5" pads - you'll get the best bang for your buck with that combo.
