Just wanted to introduce myself to the forum. I've been detailing, working on cars, etc. for about 20 years now. I got hooked at a really young age growing up in a BMW family. I watched my dad in the 80's wash the 735i with a sea sponge & wax with Zymol. Ahh, memories.

Anyways, I grew up to love VW's. I started with a '69 Beetle in high school, moved onto Jettas, Passats. Now I'm in a Touareg- great truck.

My detail sessions are primarily P21S based, but I'd like to get into the DA buffer side of things. On the prowl right now for a good carnauba-based spray wax. Any suggestions?

Prima Hydro Wax As You Dry and Optimum Car Wax are my current favs.
 
Thanks for the suggestions. The photos above show fresh detail with P21S Shampoo & P21S Concours Wax.
 
Looks great!!! Add some of that XMT 360 Spray Wax and oooooowwwweeeee!!!
 
Welcome to Autogeek! Definitely like your choice in vehicles! How are you liking the Touareg so far?
 
Absolutely love the Touareg. Couldn't afford a Cayenne, but I got something damn close. My brother picked up an '07 off lease a couple years ago and he loves his. The Touareg is really one of those vehicles that's 'off the radar'. The build quality is superior to almost anything in its class.
