Most people here like to buy separately including me. Kits have things that you are not going to use. If I was getting this I would wait until they had a sale (like right now) and order. The Porter Cable is on sale right now for 124.99 no discount on that. But then you could get 2 - 6 packs of 5 1/2 pads for 69.98 and the 5" backing plate for 17.99. That would cost you 124.99 + 70.37 (20 percent off) = $199.37 plus free shipping.
 
Alright I customized my own kit great idea what was I thinking and the PC from autogeek is on my list thanks for the pad help too but why would I need so many?
