Basic steps in order are:

  • Wash
  • Clay
  • Paint Correction & Polish
  • Seal
  • Wax

Welcome Katie! The best tip I can give you for white is to use Duragloss 501 (yes, it says it's a Marine product, but it rocks!) and a white LCC or Buff and Shine pad with your DA. You will have thought your vehicle was clean after washing and claying until you try this step. Your white pad will turn brown and you will be disgusted! But, your paint will glow like you won't believe. Top with more sealant or wax for the win. Or, if you're using a coating, use DG Squeaky Clean in place of the 501 and follow up with the coating.

:iagree:

I'll 2nd Richy's suggestion for using Duragloss #501.

Duragloss #501 is an amazing product that removes oxidation, cleans, and protects the finish very well. Most often I use this on a White Foam polishing pad and it never disappoints.

Tip: Clean your pads often!

Thanks guys! And yes I take great care of it haha 2003 with 208k miles on it. We just rebuilt the engine.
I've taken a liking to Killerwaxx for our vehicles works awesome on dark vehicles but I'll def try duragloss I've read on it before just never got around to ordering it.
