Hello Autogeek!

First I must thank you for starting my addiction to car care.
I have always enjoyed keeping my car clean, and I am constantly getting compliments on how well my 13 year old silver BMW 328is looks... but I never put the effort into my car as many of you have in yours. I have used "polish" and paint cleaners before applying a wax, but it was always by hand. Any improvements I saw were probably fillers and not true paint correction.
Well that is about to change.

My recent purchases have included:

Wolfgang Porter Cable 7424 Kit (Total Swirl Remover, Finishing Glaze, Deep Gloss Paint Sealant, and Detail Spritz)
Several Microfibers including a Guzzler HD and Cobra glass towel.
Forever Black
XMT pad cleaner
Pad brush
1 5.5" yellow pad
3 5.5" orange pads
3 5.5" white pads
2 5.5" gray pads
2 5.5" red pads
Meguiars #105
Klass AIO (10oz)
Poorboy's wheel sealant
Poorboy's Natural dressing
P21S gel wheel cleaner
Mother Wheel brush kit

And this is just the beginning. I still have interior things to purchase! Not to mention plastic and glass care.

Fortunately for me my wife is somewhat on board with my spending as we just bought her a new CR-V. She enjoys a clean car as much as I do and is happy to know I will help her keep it that way :)
It also helps that its by birthday tomorrow, so this is a gift. (Well some of it. My 2nd order which I placed today was paid for by my online poker account)

Anyway, I plan to go to town on my BMW this weekend and will post pictures of my (hopefully) successful improvements!

Welcome. I live in Raleigh too.

Welcome Bro!
Looks like you got a good start up kit there (Trust me this hobbie only gets more and more addicting). If your looking for some good interior prods. I would suggest either 1Z Cockpit Premium or cockpit lemon (I use both together since the premium is more of a cleaner). If you prefer a nice matte finish with a good smell. For leather.. gotta be Pinnacle if you can afford it. If not Duragloss has a nice cleaner and condtioner. If you dont have a carpet shampooer than i would suggest getting some 303 cleaner. Works great on carpets and headliner. Hope this helps a little, stick to this forum and you will learn alot!
Oh ya,,,and happy birthday!
