Been reading here for awhile and decided to join up today. Alittle about me. Grew up useing all the normal stuff that you picked up at the local auto parts store. I even read the instructions from time to time..lol Well I'm now much older and a little wiser. Decided to start doing things the right way. Been reading here and now I'm very excited to clean up and wax my 2003 Grand Cherokee. Sad part is it's been way too cold even down here in NC. Well I'll keep reading and learning and waiting for a nice day. Dave

Nice to see you decided to join!

:welcome: Hey Dave, you'll love it here. Tons to learn...you'll never look at paint the same way again...

I did do one thing right. I decided to really get into detailing after I sold the beast last week. That thing would have been a pain to do! At a little over 8' tall it would not have been fun! I did keep it clean. It was 8 years old at the time this pic was taken.

I thought you said you were "much older" now... how the heck did you get into that awesome rig!?!?!

Looks like a blast, what a way to carry fishing gear. :dblthumb2: Looks like it held the rod after casting. Did you use it for ocean/beach fishing?

Oh yeah... and :welcome:

Still in mnourning over not having my "baby" around anymore. I did get a good deal. Traded the truck for a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and the wife got a 2008 Hyundai Sonata. Nice not to have any payments still.

Like I said getting old here so if you look close at the sides of the truck you can see a running board that comes down when the door is opened.....:p It was some of the $20,000 worth of extras I put on it over the years.

That's great, I do now see what you're talking about. What a cool design. Your other two you got in trade will be fun too.
