New House,New Shop

Well,I've been looking for awhile now for a new house that would also support my detailing business.

I found this home.

My move in date is April 1st .

If you look on the left hand side,I have a secondary 2.5 car garage that will be the new home of my detailing business.

The cool thing is,BOTH garages have epoxy covered floors already and wrap around paved driveway ;-)

Nice house!!! I love the separate garage setup!!!

I'd love to see garage pics when you move in and have your detailing stuff setup.

My dream home! A large garage with a small attached house. I presume you have already confirmed that it is zoned such that you can use that garage for business?
 
Nice, be careful the other garage can also be the dog house. LOL

Hey guys,I really appreciate the prop's.As I'm super stoked.
I work very hard days/weeks/months/years,and what I always wanted,finally came up while modestly looking.
As soon as I get my keys in hand,I'll share pics as I'm not trying to gloat but just really excited :)
The neighborhood does have restricted covs but nothing that would effect my detailing business.

Funny thing is,the county Sheriff lives down the street and he has a lifted 12' Silverado with headers THATS BLACK IN COLOR.You know where his truck will be!
After I show him what his truck should look like, my 900hp TransAm should put a grin on his face lol.

BTW,the house it's on an acre of land (that's over 43,000 sq foot of land).

Your move in date is the same as my Grand Opening for my new shop. :) Good luck.:props:
