I'd like to see how this info looks on the new logo design #1:

It depends where I'm using the logo, on business cards, I opt for the logo on the front and the info on the back. On my flyers and brochures the info is placed below the logo and the same with the banner. You could try to incorporate the info directly into the banner but then it defeats the purpose of a clean, simply designed logo.
