New megs mirror brite ready to ship

Mirror Brite was the original name of their products. These are an homage product to the old ones. I personally didnt buy it thinking its going to be anything super special. I just wanted to try it out.

Megs is finally going to have its own color changing wheel cleaner. Now need cheap gallons

Here's some information:
Meguiar's Mirror Bright

Interesting. I'm not exactly sure why they exist or who they are for, but I'm still interested. Probably not for professionals or the seasoned enthusiast just because they aren't offering or even planning on offering bulkier sizes. Still, I'm picking up the polish wax because I'm interested to see how it is against HD Speed. Will also grab the wheel cleaner to dilute and try out on paint. The prices are right for everything and you never know what gems are out there if you don't try them.

They've had their own already, it's called DUB wheel cleaner

DUB is my preferred, but that was actually distributed/labelled for DUB magazine, as DUB by meguiars. I figured there was some licensing agreement in place so Megs couldn't sell it under their own labels for a time. Was really hoping to see it in gallons in the Detailer line, or any line for that matter.

Well until it's sold in gallons under whatever line I guess we've gotta wait for the $5.00 a bottle sales again.....then, stock up

The DUB wheel cleaner's been out well over a year now now, it works good and even at full retail is cheap compared to the competition. I use to be able to find it at that huge mart store, but the ones around me don't carry it in store any more. I never saw it anywhere else which is a shame because the Dub line was solid. But Meg's never did anything to push it. I just paid $129 for a 5 liter jug of Sonax Fallout Cleaner. I'll assume it works better than the DUB Wheel Cleaner, but how much? I could have bought like 2 1/2 times as much of the DUB in the 24oz bottles for the same price. I would have loved to see Meg release it in the gallon size, but I don't see that ever happening which sucks. Imagine like $30-35 for a gallon of color changing wheel cleaner? They would have a ton of sales to the detailers.

Too bad I didn't see this before. I just ordered WG wheel cleaner. Megs wheel cleaner shows this as anodized safe which is why I bought WG. Many cleaners say they are safe for all wheels, which is not true. Anodized can be a tricky surface which can stain. Megs is a whole lot cheaper. Grr.

Well they shipped. Will throw up some first impressions when I get the chance sometime this week.

Interested in your review for sure, will it be here or a new thread? I see myself getting a bottle to try out myself even though I have 96 ounces of Diablo, some DUB left over as well as 2 bottles of ECO TOUCH.
