Well, I am not German..:) but I am currently serving in Germany.

Hello! I decided to join this forum to learn about the do's and don'ts of car care. I have always taken good care of my vehicles having much pride in them. I am one of those that doesn't just drive to get from point A to point B - it's pure enjoyment for me.

My newest car is a 2014 Shelby GT500 in Deep Impact Blue (no stripes). I love this car and I'm really surprised how good it looks with this color! Ignore my old nasty garage. We were in the process of moving..

I'm at Patch Barracks. To clarify - I retired from USAF AD service in 2011 (24 Years) and now am lucky enough to hold a GS position.

Thanks Mike - I appreciate that and will take you up on your offer.

I will be up your way on 21-22 September for the Bitburg Drag Days. Not sure if you are interested in that kind of thing but if so, maybe we can shake hands.

The wife and I love to utilize Spangdahlem's temporary lodging when we visit the Mosel River Valley (one of our favorite destinations). Spang is a great "hub" to spend the night.

Gonna make your way up to "Das Drags"? Sounds good. I can surely make my way over there to shake your hand. Have you gone up to the Nurburgring for the tourist days?

I really love the Eifel region up here. Such beautiful country side.
