Hello everyone! I'm new to this forum but not entirely new to the detailing world. Like many of you I have a passion for cars and keeping my prized possessions clean! I'm just starting up in the detailing business world as a mobile detailer, and hoping to learn as much as I can along the way!

If you are starting into the business then I highly recommend you pick up these two books:
Detailing Book Combo, auto detailing business plan, car detailing books, renny doyle book

Renny Doyles book on how to start a home based detailing business should be a staple for you or anyone looking to start up a business whether mobile or a fixed location.

Mike Phillips Book goes into great detail explaining car detailing from start to finish. He expelling proper washing techniques and tools you will want to compounding, polishing and waxing and much much more.

What part of Houston are you from? I am down there about 6 times a year for business. Usually stay up in The Woodlands, but visit clients from Katy to Baytown to Galveston to Sugar Land and everywhere in between!
 
Not technically a Houstonian but I do service the area quite a bit. Welcome to AG from a fellow Texan!
