Hello everybody. I'm from Indonesia.

I'm just learn about detailing and communicate with english. Please don't be hard to me :coolgleam:

Not like you all, it's hard and expensive for me to get the detailing products and equipments in Indonesia. Just for comparison, AG sell Meguiar's UQD for $10.99, but I have bought it around $25 from official retail :(. If I buy it from AG, the shippment cost + tax will make me "scream" :cry:

But I feel happy to become guest and silent reader for couple months here, and now learn to interact with my limited english. Hopefully I will get valuable lessons here.

Maybe you should become a distributor for one of the USA companies. They are always looking to get their products into other countries. welcome to Autogeek.

Welcome bro... And I feel you with your "problem" hehe as I am from Malaysia. Yep, custom duty and shipping will kill us even when AG does give 25% offer.

Maybe like what rusty suggested, becoming a distributor is good. Like me, I am doing for OPT.

Not to say Megs are bad, but it is the trend in our region that 90% of the people only know Megs, and distributor will take this opportunity to overcharge as much as they could and people still buy and praise Megs as the best brand. For sharing, one simple Water Magnet priced 25$ (RM79.90) here in Malaysia.

And when I tell them about Cobras, they are like what? No way... Water magnet is best.

And perhaps if I had the chance, I should snap some of those so called "Detailing" being done here, it is almost ridiculous because as long as the shop bearing Megs logo, people will go... And the outcome, none other than terrible holograms and swirls.

Hahaha, same with us! Megs also the most popular brand in Indonesia. AG offer Megs ULW for $22.99. In my country I bought it for $45-50 (Rp.450.000-500.000).
