I'm happy to have joined this forum. I've been coming on for a while and decided it was time to join. I have found a lot of useful tips and articles which have helped me.

Welcome, Tom. Like you, I'm relatively new to AGO, the best place for a Detailer to be. And also like you, I read hundreds of posts, especially Mike Philips posts, before take the courage to join in.

Thanks for the greetings. Yes, I picked up a GSM (Glacier Silver Metallic) 435 xdrive in March of this year. It was a nice change because every car I have owned before this has been black.

I have two jet black BMW's. e90 335i and e91 328i.

Yea, black has always been my favorite color for cars. When freshly washed and waxed, it's tough to compete with a black car on looks. I just needed a change. My friends and family couldn't believe it either when I told them I wasn't getting another black car. This color is a lot easier to keep clean and looking good.
