Hi everyone! My name is Cole and I am in St. Louis, MO. I own a 2013 F150 xlt and I love it! My wife has an 08 Fusion. They are both pretty much stock, but i love to keep them at their best. I have been reading the product guides as hard as I can.
* Im thinking about the following process. Clay, sealer, wax.
Thus far I have been using "nu finish" wax, applied with a 10" polisher from sears a long time ago. Every 6 months or so. Looks like the 10" is not recomended, but i am not spending the upgrade money at this time on that, and will try and get by.
I feel good with the yellow clay i have picked out, there aren't any real scratches. And if there were, I am not prepared for that level of expertise, I just want a good long lasting shine. I understand that carnuba is the best shine, but i am searching for the longest lasting shine at this point. I dont plan to clay again for a year or more. my buddies over on f150ecoboost.net love the collinite 845. I am assuming using the DP sealer. Reading the forum it looks like Klasse sealer all in one and glaze are the longest lasting.
So what is the easist and longest lasting for a recreational user? I hope the two i stated are the best choices, and a third product is not brought up. lol Should i use the klasse all in one and top with collinite?
thanks in advance, i absolutely will appreciate and eagerly await your responses before placing my first order!
