Hey everyone!! Longtime browser first time posting.

I recently purchased Hydro2 and used it for the first time today. All I can say is wow!! I was amazed at how hydrophobic it made the surface of my truck. I have used many different sealants and waxes in the past including Megs #21, #26, UPW, ULW and FK2000. None of these have produced the same results I witnessed today. I was wondering if there was probably an application mistake on my part with the traditional wax/sealant or if I should just be this amazed with the Hydro2.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!

Hydro2 and reload are both SUPER hydrophobic. Hydro2 doesn't last super long but with how easy it is it's not a bad option for anyone who doesn't want to put in a lot of effort! I have used it for maintenance clients in the past between details to keep my job easy and them happy when environmental factors lessen the life of their sealant I put on previously and I've been super pleased with the results

Thanks for the quick replys!!

I guess that makes the results I'm seeing make sense then. I get beading and slightly hydrophobic with the sealants but Optimum seems to take the cake when it comes to really shedding water.

Anybody have any idea how this compares to the new McKees 37 spray?

I got spoiled by the beading and sheeting with EXO...
