Hi,
I am a new member to this forum. I own a 1989 Shelby CSX (no. 232 of 500), that IMHO is the coolest car in the world. I bought it new back in 89.
Over the past couple of years I have been trying to bring it back (and even make it a bit better). Recently, I had it repainted. Looks really great in the sun, but has some orange peel all over it that can only be seen in low light. I have seen this in basically all new car finishes.
So, I need help in finding someone to correct this. I live on Long Island, NY.
(I'm a school teacher so have neither time nor expertise to do this myself).
also, need to bring tail light lenses back. I've used 3M headlight restoration kit on other headlights. works well, but wondering if there are better methods.
thank you.
