My new nissan maxima has small scratch lines in the hood and swirls on the body. I used my 7424 and a white LC pad, with Pinical XMT 2 (fine) swirl remover. After doing the entire car, "7 hours".. it looks better, but I can still see the lines. Some of the swirls are gone, but I still see them although they are more faint. I did a test spot and it seamed to yield good results, but it was hit or miss.
Also, the XMT 2 swirl remover creates these small specs of "dust", im guessing just balled up product. They get everywhere and stick to everything. They cling to the car like dust clings to a TV screen.
