The Optimum Opti Dual Pro Applicator is a double-sided applicator designed to make application of Optimum’s coating and spray sealant effortless. With its dual sides, one for application of Opti-Coat 2.0 and the other for Opti-Seal, this one applicator not only takes the place of two separate applicators, but it does a better job too! The Optimum Opti Dual Pro Applicator is slotted between the two layers to ensure it doesn’t slip out of your hand while in use.

The Optimum Opti Dual Pro Applicator features two sides, each with their own intended use. The uber soft foam side features 100 pores per square inch and is designed for application of Opti-Seal or other WOWA (wipe on walk away) spray sealants. The high density neoprene side is designed for application of Optimum Opti-Coat 2.0, a permanent paint coating. Both products are designed to be applied extremely thin and the Opti Dual Pro Applicator ensures no product is wasted.

For the application of Opti-Seal, spray directly onto the uber soft foam side and spread on the exterior surfaces of your vehicle. For the application of Opti-Coat 2.0, dispense directly from the syringe to form an X pattern on the high density neoprene side and apply to all surfaces to be coated.

I have had a few of these for a while. I love them for OC/OG application. They are also fantastic for UPGP and BF CS. They soak in a minimal amount of product yet apply streak free. They are basically indestructible also. Great applicators IMO.

Is it reusable after a OC application? I would be mad to piss away $7 for one appliation.

It seems to me that they would only be reusable as they are cleanable. The OS side would be reusable, but the OC might not, unless it could be cleaned right after use.

Pretty cool Nick, sounds like just what the Dr. ordered! :props:

I have been waiting for these for a little while now. I will definetly be picking a few up!

Chris from OPT turned me loose a few of these awhile back.
I've been using these for several months now. They work great with OGO/OC2.0 as I just used one today on a correction/protection(OC2.0)on a 2013' Silver Toyota Tacoma TRO,and the applicator is still working great as its been used several times now with OG/OC2.0.
When I'm done with applying the coating(s),I put it face down(dense side down)in a bucket mixed 5:1 OPC and let sit for a day or two.
Still works like it was new from day one.

So which side is the neoprene side and which is the uber soft side?

I would like to see cheaper disposable applicators for Opticoat. I haven't used the neoprene applicators yet but if they really do work great I would rather have a smaller applicator that is cheaper and I can just throw it away when I am done.

I will certainly buy one of these applicators and give it the old college try

Wow, I remember seeing this elsewhere and wishing AG carried it. The only thing that worries me is the color, I personally prefer an applicator that I can tell whether it's dirty.

This has been mentioned before. Put the applicator(or something smaller) inside a nitrile glove or baggie and wrap with a blue shop towel

That's exactly what i did last week. I put the regular round yellow applicator inside the nitrile glove and then wrapped a shop paper towel over it. Cheap, dispossable and it works
