Just got my PC in the mail and really looking forward to using it...but i am not sure exactly what or how to use it.

I have a Ford F-150 (2005). it is in very good shape, but has some swirls marks and spider webbing from everyday washing. There are really no major scratches just those swirls i really would love to get rid of. I have the XMT #2, #1 , finishing glaze and Pinnacle Soveraun Paste wax (spl ?)- along with a orange, white and grey finishing pad, micro bonnet and sheepskin bonnet.

What is the best to use on my truck? I am new at this and really want my truck to look good, but do not want to mess it up.
Thanks so much for the help.

Check out this link. http://autogeek.net/xmt.html Scroll down towards the bottom and there are videos using the XMT polishes and the PC. There is one for light swirls that will show you everything you need to know.:)

bud i just got finished using the exact same products you just bought, and let me tell you the results are awesome.my car has never looked so good,i started with xm#2 then xm#1 then the finishing glaze.i still havent put on the wax yet (im too tired).just remember to use some pressure on the pad,i didnt the first time on my trunk and it didnt look to good.the pinnacle products are awesome.

Here is what i was able to do with ONE pass of the XMT3 on yellow pad. Dont be afraid of XMT3. It is an excelent product, and can serve as a heavy cut on yellow and med cut on orange LC pads :) Also when putting presure on the PC, put it on the head, not the handle. I hold it almost sideways with my right hand on the head and my left guiding the PC.

And after following up with the rest of the xmt line:

Nice job, ryandamartini. Like you, I'm impressed with the XMT line.

Me too! The more I use it the more I love it! The XMT 3 is awesome. It has cut but yet it finishes practically LSP ready! Amazing stuff! :D

always a professional result, even for a newbie like me.

I love the XMT products. I use them all the time. XMT3 is not to be afraid of. It works so good with a cutting pad. If you do it right, you can go straight to the LSP with it!
