Poorboy’s World is proud to announce the reformulation of SSR1 and SSR2. After many successful years with the original SSR1 & SSR2, I could not resist the temptation to upgrade the products. We have new and improved micro and nano polishing powders, which do deeper cleaning and leave an incredible smooth and glossy shine. They can both be used by hand, but their true abilities will be shown with the use of a machine. Whether you use a random orbital (PC), Flex, Cyclo, or Rotary, these polishes will give an unbelievable finish quickly and effortlessly. As all Poorboy’s World products, they can be used in the sun and they will stay wet long enough to thoroughly work them without dusting! These are water based polishes as before and contain no wax, silicone, or fillers. They are also body shop safe too! These polishes are easy to use by novices, enthusiasts and professionals alike. We have also refreshed the colors and scents of the SSR1 and SSR2, so there will be no mistaking them for the earlier versions.

The New Stuff looks Great - I was not a FAN of the old Formula and switched quickly back to Meguiars. I will buy the new Formula and give them a second chance when it HITS the BOGO Page this week !

So are these new SSRs, or the new "formula", only applicable to #1 & #2? Are they coming out with a #3? or 2.5"?

Will these dust more than originals?

TY!

They all dust. I always wash the vehicle completely after paint correction. Then I proceed with my final finish prepartion and LSP.

Thanks:D but I was asking if it created more dust since it had a new "Formula" than the older version

I've never used Poorboy's swirl removers. How do they compare with Menzerna polishes? Wouldn't mind trying the new formulas if they went on the BOGO page.:D

Optimum is the only stuff that I know of that really doesn't, only very little. Original SSRs were good but dusted like a mofo.

oh yeah - dusting in in a garage sucks, all those little balls etc hit the floor, slippery as hell...ask how I know lol

I can only vouch for the 'old' SSRs but they are much more user friendly via PC than other polishes. Humidity, temperature, sun light, etc don't bother the SSRs like Menzerna. If your looking for an economically polish that is simple to use, smells good and produces results, it wouldn't hurt to give it a shot-- especially the 'old' SSR1 on BOGO. I can't wait to try out the new polishes.

Based on the pictures and colors of bottles, it looks like the "Original" (old version) is on the BOGO page....

Speaking of which, if we wanted to order the new ones, only way to do it is to call it in I read?

Can't wait to hear the reviews on the new ones, specifically the dusting part. Very good polishes, but one of the dustiest I've used. They still have their spot on my list though, because even with the dusting they are IMO one of the most versatile lines of polishes next to Optimum.
