Hello, I have been long time viewer. I have been into caring for my cars since high school. 30 years later I am still learning. Progressed from washing my parent's cars with dish soap (didn't know any better) to yesterday doing mild paint correction and applied McKee's 37 paint coating on my wife's car (2015 Cocoa Buick Encore). I started with McKee's 37 paint coating after reading how easy it was to use. I will see how it holds up. My car 2013 Silver Buick Regal, have been maintaining with Collinite 845. Trying to get both cars ready for central Illinois winter weather!!! Thanks for all your education and listening.

Hello and welcome. It sounds like we are going down the same path. Keep us posted with your progress.

Welcome to AGO, let us know how the 37 coating does in the winter with the snow. Does it help the snow slide off your car?

Welcome!

There are a lot of guys and gals like you on this forum -- people who just appreciate a clean, detailed car. For us, it's just a hobby and a way to relax on the weekends. For others, it's a way of life and a business. Frankly, I enjoy learning from everyone on this forum - from mistakes to successes.

Hi - where exactly are you located? We are in Peoria, IL and love to find new detailing enthusiasts around here.

Sorry for the delayed response. Thanks for all welcomes. zmcgovern45, I am in Peoria also. I also would like to meet other enthusiasts around here too. Sometimes it feels like I am the only one.
