I just recently got myself a 5 liter jug of Sonax Full Effect and a 16 oz. bottle of CG Glozzworkz Shampoo. Just got done trying them both.
Boy, the Sonax is the worst smelling product I've ever smelled so far. It smells like 100 cats marked their territory in the cleaner mixed with rotten eggs, maybe some rotten meat. In short, it smells horrible. However, the cleaning results were nice. I even paired it up with the AMMO Brute wheel soap and got some clean results. It seems to work very similar to Iron X, AMMO Plum, and Adam's DWC, all which I've used. Every product except the Sonax smell very similar. I prefer the scent of the others, as well. Other than that, FE works pretty well and it's the best value in the 5 liter size, cheaper than all the rest for the amount you get, nearly 170 ounces.
Next is the CG Glossworkz Shampoo. I've been noticing lately how Maxi Suds II seems to rinse off a little difficult from the paint, sometimes causing the water to stick. Glozzworkz is rated at as a high foaming soap (or was it super?), and it did foam very well in my foam gun and likewise in the wash bucket. So much foam and lather. I think I get mildly turned on when my car is being bathed by a super foamy and lathery wash mitt. I bought the 16 oz size just to test it first because the gallon is around $45! That is really high for a car shampoo, but I'm kinda starting to see why, lol. It worked out really great for me. After the paint was washed, the remaining soap from the foam gun and wash process was easily rinsed away and the water actually beaded on the paint and ran off quickly, unlike when washed with Maxi Suds II, so I'm thinking a gallon of Glossworkz may be coming soon, but I'll finish my 16 oz bottle first to make sure I really like it.
Overall, I'm happy with both products. Gives me something new to look forward to.
