Hey everyone, I don't usually have the time to post my work on here, usually just upload as I'm taking them right to facebook. But I wanted to share with everyone 3 products I tested out today. I had a buddy who also details part time with me ranting and raving about these three products, and efter about a dozen, "You really need to try these babies out" I went out and bought them to see if it's as good as he says. So I took them home and just like any other product I test, I used my car as the testing subject. I didn't take any before pictures because I wasn't really expecting anything amazing with these but I do have to say that I'm very impressed with the results. As a prep I did clay the car and gave it a 50/50 wipe down before applying these new products. What do you think about the end product. :checkit:

From left to right: Zymol Cleaner Wax, Zymol Glaze & Sealant, & Collinite Insulator Wax. The clay isn't new, I"ve been using that for years

As you can see. lol

My take on the products is that they're very good for OTC products. I got Zymol at Pep boys and the Collinite from a local detailing supplier a few towns over.
Both Zymol products are water based, the cleaner wax was fairly easy to apply, but as it came off it came off a little powdery. The directions say to apply in 2x2 sections not in direct sunlight and remove immediatly which I did and still the powder at the finish. The cleaner wax is also suppose to remove or "hide" the swirls and holigrams, it did nothing for the swirls but it did remove the holigrams and some water spots. The Glaze is suppose to be a sealant and the directions say mist and wipe after applying the cleaner wax. I didn't notice to much of a change like I do with some of my other sealants such as Meguiar's. Now the kicker comes with the Collinite, it comes in as a wax paste that you have to either squeeze out or find a way to melt without damaging the bottle. The supplier mentioned putting it in a bowl of hot water as I start the process and it will be ready when I need it, I instead put it under my incadesent work lamp and it did the job. The wax goes on super easy and after waiting the 15/20 miute cure time just as easily came off. The supplier told me that the Collinite itself should last up to six months, we'll see about that. Tell me what you think Feed back please

Jst shake the crap outta the 845 after having it sit in hot water.

I put the colly 845 in a hot water bucket while im doing all the prep work then I shake it like crazy and apply.

Nice job OP.

I like the spray glaze but man that cleaner wax was one product I used once and threw away. I didn't like the powder residue it left everywhere.
