Hey guys,

Just got the mit to review.

The waffled squares design enabled this mit to not only make marring nearly impossible, but also allowed the foam to finally hold some of the soap's suds between the squares.

The size is perfect. This new LC mit has incorporated a large hand inlet but still addressed the need for a tight fit around the hand to prevent the mit from slipping off.

The back side of the mit has a makeshift all-purpose and maybe bug scrubber, which is nice to quickly address the tough spots, but on bugs it proved ineffective. The Schmitt's Bug Scrubbing yellow backing was a much better scrubber than the backing of the LC.

At the end, the LC mit rinsed out nicely. Also, the materials this mit is made of makes it very durable and thick. Each side is double layered and contributes to a much more confident feel.

This mit is a nice new addition to the market, everyone should really consider this mit for their next orders.

Thanks guys, and Meg. Questions welcome!

Thanks for posting a review.
Appears to be a really nice, well designed wash mitt, as was the Schmitt.
Gotta love technology.

how'd you get the beast first ?? Just joking, nice review and its great to see one product uping another. Best way to continue to get better and better products.

Haha, my gf up there hooked me up! lol.

Yea, this is definitely healthy competition for the market. It will ensure quality products and the improved pursuit for them.

Sweet review there buddy. I've been looking at this new product but to be honest I kinda put it aside but reading your review got me interested...mmmm...yet another item to add to the list.

Nice review but you are pretty hard on the Shmitt, a admittedly great product, where many don't have the "dry rubbing" and other problems you have.

yea, i know. dont get me wrong.

will definitly be on my next order! thanks for the review

if you ever try squezzing the shmitt you'll see ton's of foam come out of it, its like foam on control. I did get a chance also to see this new lake country mitt, i think they were a little off naming it what they did, used the yellow one, some love bugs are still stuck in between the squares. also i found the red one just slid off my hand and the foam on the back was pretty cheap stuff. Shmitt white foam is wayyyyyy softer than this red. I'll stick with the shmitt, hands down.

Great review. I have been watching for this product. Definitely something I will be ordering in my next AG order. :awesome:

Thanks for the review..thats the third review i seen and all were very positive like yours...I am going the grab a few of these my self....Do not forget me now Meghan...first one goes to Sparkie....

Sounds like a great mitt indeed! I can't wait for these to come into stock. I think it is safe to say sheepskin mitts are history for me :).

I appreciate the review, that helps out a lot. I love my ShMITT and haven't had any issues with it. I see a LOT of doubters on Autopia on this product, but I haven't had any issues myself.

On the other hand, this one technologically makes sense on how the "dirt" will get trapped between the foam blocks.

Al you will have to remind me I am sure but we should see these within a week!

Just Got the Scmitt from ya'll last week, love it, no issues and even if this was available - I'd still go with the schmitt. My first impression was - so this is the result of a schmitt and a Mother's powerball mating. So, having used a powerball, I wonder how long those little squares of foam will last against some bumpers and trim. Keep trying LC...

Lets not degrade a product till its tried and reviewed...I have a Schmitt and really like it..Thanks Sparkie...BUT..I like the design of the LC mitt...the multiple surfaces to entrap dirt..and also the fingers to get in tiny areas...like in Honeycomb grills...a mitt design like that is a great mag washer also....I have seen 3 reviews on it so far..2 were Schmitt users and they all gave it great reviews....

I know I will try one....

I like my ShMitt but I'm not afraid to try something new. If I was I would still be using my sheepskin mit instead of the ShMitt.
