Hey Jarred the new place looks great!... How long of a lease did you have to sign to start off with? Did they require you to pay the lease up or atleast a handful of months up front or anything like that?

UOTE=BMW435;1341558]Great looking shop, very spacious. Good luck with it.
Thanks guys:dblthumb2: Yeah, some shelving will be nice, and gotta get a washer and dryer still, but I'm loving it so far!

Haha, yeah, the white stuff on the ground isn't ideal for detailing, but at least now I'm in the shop when all that happens instead of dealing with it like I was a couple weeks ago:

As of right now, I'm cutting my mobile way back but still offering it. Pretty much just maintenance type details or wash and waxes (using Hydro2) are available via the mobile service, so all types of polishing or major detailing would be done at the shop. Once I'm totally set up in the shop in a couple months, I'll probably add a little surcharge for the mobile service to help encourage more people to bring their cars to the shop too since it'll be much more efficient.[/QUOTE]

wow shop is looking great, now quick questions, steamer make, model and uses (what do you use steamer for) I'm thinking about getting a steamer (VX-5000) but not sure if it's worth the need at the moment or if I should wait.
