Much more modern look, nice job!
thanks man, I love free tile...LOL

I have friends a few friends here that own their own tile business's and do a bunch of contact work for lowes and menards, get left overs and discontinued ever job

When i first looked at the pictures i said to myself "tiles look nice" then i scrolled down :D

Looking even better :)

I remember last time i did my grout/sealant... bunch of small cuts and headache :D

I've done one tile job in my life in a laundry room of a older house I used to own, pretty straight, simple job. Your room looks great. How much trouble was it to remove the old tile? the wife is convinced that we can replace the floor in one of the baths this summer.

all depends on how good you put it down... this room was done about 6 months ago with the white tiles and been working on it every since, new lighting, electrical and whatever else, never got to do the trim, so easy as heck, skim coated and filled and tiled right over it. took about 3 hours

Looks good. Get a hold of the Grout Aid by Billy Mays. That thing gives grout a final touch. Just a thought.
