hey, new to the forum, wanted to say hellow. I've been a lurker for a while, have finally gotten around to joining. i just detail my own cars, but I'm pretty obsessive compulsive about car maintenance, so I appreciate all the tips from the pros on here, and have built up quite a collection of detailing supplies and equipment.

I am already benefiting from the incredibly responsive community. I posted a question earlier today and am already getting quite a few responses.

The other forum I'm pretty active on is BMW Zpost. Amazing how much faster the posts come in here; I guess having a max possible community size of a few 10s of thousands (lifetime production of gen 1 Z4s) might have something to do with that.
 
Welcome. I'll agree with you on the response time. You do get pretty quick response here which is super cool. Another thing in this forum there isn't any "I know more then you" type of behavior. I've been member to a ton of forums mainly because I change cars like I change my clothes lol. One thing I hated was being new to a forum or some times even old and having to wait a week for a reply when I need help like that second or getting treated like an idiot for asking a simple question. Never once has that happened here as far as I've seen.

You will learn a ton here fast and there are a bunch of great ppl here eager to help. :)
