Congratulations on your new car. Sounds like you're all set to make your car look awesome. You have the products, the instructions and our support. You also appear to have a positive attitude and the desire to detail. It's nice to see another woman on the board, there's only a few of us here. Will do. May have to wait until next week to start. We are expecting a frigid cold wave this weekend here in CT. I have figured out that it's good to do all of the detailing in the summer and then ride out the winter with minimal work. Or I could heat my garage, but then my husband would really wonder if I'm sane. he thought my hobby was knitting! (which it is, well one of them) Thanks for the support
 
Well car afficinados, I took advantage of AutoGeek's superbowl discounts and completed my detailing arsenal. (i'm rooting for the Bears) Along with my other products I have added the ShMitt gloves (white/yellow and black for wheels), Pinnacle ultra poly clay, wheel wax, and dp interior surface protectant. Will add the PC 2474 in the Spring. I have been keeping my car clean with DP waterless wash. I found that with the dirt and some sand at the bottom of the car I do a heavy dose of the DP and take a gentle swipe. I then do a second and third round, gently, until it looks clean and then buff. It has worked well if you're careful and my car is nice and shiny. Looking forward to the 4-in-1 rinseless wash. Using a glass wax on the windows. Freezing in CT.
 
You got some nice stuff Liane. Glad to see that you did get clay. What kind of glass wax are you using? Folks are having good results with Klasse AIO on windows, and then Stoner IG or Krystal Vision for their regular glass cleaner.
 
Hi Jimmie. Actually I got Gel Glass no streak glass polish at the hardware store. It works great. I will get some "auto" polish next time but I have to say that the stuff I got works great. Got my Pinnacle souveran wax in the mail today. It was like getting a fine piece of jewelry. I think I am going to order my PC 4274 while the discount is on at autogeek. My husband says I deserve it. There are so many choices of detailing products. I am looking forward to years of having fun. You guys are all great. Have a good evening

It is like getting a fine piece of jewelery. Even more so after you see how good your new car will look. Congrats on your new PC7424.
