New Ultimate Strip Wash?

According to Valugard: Product “A” – Acid Neutralizer removes waxes, storage stains, and any acids which may have been deposited on the paint surface.

I'd have to ask them if it removes coatings, too.
 
I really wish ABC was more obviously straightforward to obtain. It used to be for sale right on the Valugard site.
