New Website is Live!!

Very clean layout on the home page

... here are some things I noticed on first glance when navigating through the site...

When you click the arrow to entire the site, it scrolls beyond the "Who are we" heading. Adjust your anchor placement to be above the heading.

The vertical layout of the services on the home page is pretty stretched out. Perhaps consider doing horizontal columns to consolidate the information into a smaller space.

For the menu in the upper right, you may consider placing your services as the first link, followed by contact info, and then portfolio. Just my opinion here.

On the portfolio page & some of the services pages, you may want to rethink the formatting of the videos & photo galleries. Some of the videos are stretched the entire width of the window and are very distorted, and the top and bottom are cropped off due to the very odd aspect ratio. The others show a preview which spans the entire width of the page, and then plays in only a small portion when clicked on leaving the rest of the space to be filled with a black box. To me, this breaks up the page and ruins the flow/continuity of the site.

Also, and this may be just my personal opinion, but I feel the stationary background and scrolling contents on all services pages is fairly distracting. If you like this effect, I would recommend a less vivid photo for the background to make the page easier to read. The bright blue mustang grabs my attention as I am scrolling way more than the text in the foreground does.

For the paint correction page, there is quite a bit of scrolling involved to view each package. It is fairly difficult to spot the headings as I am scrolling, making it seem a bit unorganized, and again, the full width videos and galleries really chop up the page and make it a little difficult to follow. Again I would consider a horizontal layout that shows your Stage 1 - 3. Perhaps create a new page for each service if you wish to include more detailed information and photos, and provide a link to each service from the main Paint correction page.

That's all I've got... keep in mind it is all just my opinion, so please don't take any of it as anything other than constructive criticism based on my personal feelings :)

"The paint is hand safely hand washed. " - ???

:iagree:

Visually/Technically kinda cool but makes it hard to read/scroll with all the stuff going on at once.

Do you really disinfect the interior? Not sure I've seen that one listed on anyone else's services before

Very nice! The only thing noticed was I couldn't find the Add-On services area you reference in the interior cleaning package.

Very nice!

Quick note- the first image of the black Vette under the Modesta Coatings is very blurry and grainy.

Cheers to the new website!

Another suggestion: Contact Me reads a little off trailing Who We Are.

Contact Us or Contact Info would be more of a professional tone, IMO.

Thanks For the replies, this is why I posted it. Its hard to look thru the whole thing for me and it is better to have a peer review.

Zach, thank you directly for you input. I agree on the points about the videos and pics. We went with what we had at the time to get a better working site. This is always a work in progress that we will refine.

HUMP

On the timelapse of the BMW i'd say show a full wash cycle rather than just a foam bath; feels very incomplete

I think the scroll arrows for the various pictures should look like arrows or something, I just see a white square outline. Not sure if it's my browser or something. I loved how you had the diagrams for the paint protection film, I actually wish some of the places around where I live have that so I can really see how much they're doing for the price instead of having to ask to check to see what is covered and what isn't. The part that did confuse me was the coatings. The modesta section doesn't have an explanation as to the price differences and performance between the three while CQuartz Finest has the explanation but not the price on the actual CQuartz page.
