Newb with purchase selection

Not sure how well the 6" wool will do with a PC. If you want just one size of pads go with the 4" they will cut better then the 5.5 and you can still use them to apply glazes and LSP if you choose to do it with a machine and not by hand. Why not use Meguiars Polishes? 83, 82 and 80 will all work well.

Ok guys. Sorry I havent been around recently. I am dealing with some medical issues (should be resolved soon) as well as medical issues concerning a friend of mine (motorcycle accident)

As promised (though a week late) here are pictures of the condition of my car's paint.

Now, I said last time that I definitely think I have clear coat failure and didnt know really what I should do (if getting a detailing kit really would help me out).

I ask all of you with experience to please look at these pictures and tell me if this IS really CC Failure or if its just a bunch of bird crap.

Rear Quarter-panel (What you see is underneath the CC, there is no texture to it if you pass your finger over it):

Everything below is on the surface of the CC

Another of the Roof (Diff place, notice weird indentations in surrounding CC [WTF?]):

Overall Shot of car, swirls present:

Overall Shot Zoomed in on Fender:

Hood Zoomed in (Multiple areas looking like this):

BUT IT CAN LOOK NICE!:

Thanks for any help/advice you can give

I recently bought a PC and the 5.5 in pads. I would recomend getting the 4in pads or at least one of each kind you will be using in the 4in size. They will come in hand with tight spots and curves. Im currently working on a 99 firebird so i know about the tight places and curves part... Lol.
