Hi All
I live in Kentucky right now but planning to travel in the Xterra this summer and Fall. looking for some products to take on the road to keep her clean, Occasionally. Bugs off it in the east. dust in the west.
I Had to get rid of my Land Rover Disco II. It just got too old needed too much work. I miss driving it but 300,000 hard miles just had worn it out.
So I got a Night Armor colored Nissan Xterra Pro 4X. Its Really hard to keep looking good so,
I Plan to study the info on here and hopefully not ask any stupid questions.
Cheers

Welcome! I've heard great things about Poorboy's Bug Squash for those nasty suckers. I'd grab a good waterless wash to clean up the car as you go, and a bunch of high quality microfiber towels

Hi, welcome to AutoGeekOnline!

It would be best t assemble a mobile kit that you can keep with you when on extended travels. A good Waterless wash, Bug Remover compatible with a Waterless wash, Window cleaner, Tire & Trim dressing and a bunch of microfiber towels.

Thanks also. I am thinking about a clay mitt and sealant also. I have probably 30 micro towels. I wont be able to maintain showroom on this truck but I still want it to look as good as it can.

Welcome to AGO! As for any stupid questions....there are never any stupid questions about detailing. Most of the people here are very courteous and respectful to all questions. So welcome to AGO and have fun learning here. I am on several forum sites and IMO this is one of IF not the BEST forum site around.

If you don't have access to water.. You want to invest in a concentrate of a waterless wash Brand. And stock up on several towels.. IF you have access to Water then a Rinseless wash would be the way to go. Optimum makes some good products.
