I kind of like this one--pick the polisher of your choice to go with it:
Meguiars DA Microfiber Correction System 5 Inch Starter Kit, paint correction kit, dual action polishing kit
Get some extra pads, and it's best to have a small air compressor (~$100) to blow them out.
I'm not sure if you were looking for "more" of a kit, that includes wash, wax, dressings, etc. There's a lot of different products/tools that you might want depending on what you intend to do; interiors, etc.

It's hard to say what is a good starter pack is because not only are there lots of different products, it depends on your needs and goals. What is your budget? Do you have any tools or products now? Where is your workspace? What are the three vehicles, make, model, year?

Thanks guys. I would say my budget is 400. I have 05 handa accord 4 door, a 06 avalon and 1997 crew cab dually. My goal is bring back the shine of all three and polish the rims. I'm doing all this at my house and I don't have any detailing tools.

Just my 2 cents as a newbie myself.
Start with the basics and add to it as you see fit or your needs change.
Start with 2 wash buckets with grit guards. Then you'll need some soap, wash mitts, MF towels, brushes, clay, and wax.
Once you get started and see where you're at when you get your vehicles clean. Then you can seek advice and other products you'll need to start correcting paint and other detailing you want to achieve.
