Did something different this year. Broke 1 week down and have the next 5 Friday`s off. Last one will lead into Memorial day weekend for a 4-day weekend. Looking forward to some long weekends!

That`s super smart. When I was in the corporate world, I would try to use a day or two of my vacation with holidays to get the most use out of them. My favorite was to take a half day off on Friday and whole day Monday. We could travel that Friday afternoon, have 2 good days of fun, quick drive home Monday and rest up a bit.

WOW. Something to be said for a 4-day work week. Really enjoying the Fridays off. Just wish the weather was a bit better! 2 down 3 to go. Granted the last 2 I was busy as all get out. Grass cutting, washing the Xterra etc... But great part is you are still left with a 2 day weekend.
