Next Corvette?

rumor has it the guy at the shipping company that took these pictures was fired soon after they hit the internet. A lot of the sites have taken them down in fear of prosecution from GM.

hmm... is this a special ed. or another generation? i cant really see any differences, but then again, I dont have a corvette to notice them.
 
The body looks identical to the C6 Z06 as far as I can tell. The tail lights light up slightly different IIRC. The engine on the other hand... well that looks different.

its also got 200 more hp. than the zo6...
 
I'm pretty sure this is just a current Z06 being used as a test mule for the new drivetrain. I don't think there are any cosmetic differences.
 
Hmm He did get fired. So woner why GM did not crate car. However seen it 8 months ago . Can you say 100 K
 
The car is commonly known as the blue stingray and such. It will likely be named like SS when it becomes available next year. Yes, it has been approved and GM setting its sight on destroying the Viper at its game. It will likely offer between 650hp-700hp and is Supercharged and likely intercooled. (they been playing with same coolers, and design is not finalized) It currently has the same Z06 427 V8 under hood, just boosted.

The rumors are 100k pricing , a mandatory drive course, and limited to around 1000 per year maximum.
