With all the orders over the last year that you have taken over the phone, with the random questions of what product would be best to complete job x AND the occasional phone call to hold an order from being shipped, so a few more things can be added to the box...

Not too hip on Led Zeppelin but I did look up the lyrics to keep this going:

"When mountains crumble to the sea, there will still be you and me. "

Nick has been instrumental to my success with auto detailing. Nick is ALWAYS willing to help out when he can and is very knowledgeable with AG's products. Nick also pays attention...when I'm on the phone with him placing an order, he'll also mention certain products that he knows I've had my eye on. Nick is the **** (<---keepin it PG). I always appreciate him.
 
Nick is a great guy. I tought him everything he knows
