Nightmare after boxing day!

This morning, I receive a parcel from PBMG, u see what I received...
AN EMPTY ULTIMA CLEANING GEL BOTTLE!!! :cry:

all cleaning gel is leaked from the sprayer.

(sorry for my english is not good).

there is a smell come from the cleaning gel when I open the box.
all paper is wet.. cause of the cleaning gel leaked out....
this is my first time of purchasing from autogeek.
 
Call them in the morning, i'm sure they will make it right and send you another. Probably UPS playing catch, nothing new.
 
BellMoss, give AG a call and they will make it right.
 
This looks like it went international since you have the outside invoice sticker? Send me your order number please.

This happened to me and it wasn't AGs fault. It was UPS. Will from AG sent me a new bottle!

Keep buying from AG!
 
This is why I shop at AG and no where else (I used to shop at ADS). Autogeek takes care of business fast and make it right for the customer.

Its hard to find this type of customer service nowadays. Thats why Im willing to spend my money here.

yep thats right

i live about 18000 miles away from usa and once i bought ccs green cutting pad which was dislocated from its velcro after only one panel

but autogeek great customer service sent not one but 2 free pink cutting pads which is far better that the green one

I buy all my auto detailing products from Autogeek for the same reason I rely on USAA for all my insurance/banking needs - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
 
hey... my nightmare is continue....
I asked autogeek send me the replacement to my forwarder in Oregon.
Today, they receive it and inform me immediately, the ultima cleaning gel is empty and all leak out. Really nightmare to me! what can I do?
Now, I only have a foam block on hand. Can I use meguairs detailer instead of Ultima cleaning gel??????
